Shipping Policy
Sweet Glass Gallery processes and ships orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, you will receive tracking information when your shipment is prepared and scanned by the carrier.
To help prevent fraudulent transactions, orders with a billing address that does not match the shipping address may require additional verification before shipment. In these cases, Sweet Glass Gallery may contact you to confirm payment details and request a photo ID along with a photo of the physical payment card used for the purchase. For security purposes, you may cover all but the last four digits of the card number.
All international orders are subject to the same verification process and may require additional identification before the order can be shipped.
If verification information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, Sweet Glass Gallery reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
Sweet Glass Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Returns & Damaged Items Policy
All sales are final. Sweet Glass Gallery does not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a damaged item, you must immediately take clear photos of the shipping package and all contents. All items must remain new, unused, and in their original condition.

Damaged items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition may not qualify for replacement or claim review.
